to nobodys fool; what deficit is/was that? since the public only sees half the financial statement we don't know if there was a deficit or is it only you running your mouth. maybe that 2 2/3 million dollars went to pay off the deficit. what/who caused the deficit? what did the money go for? could it be withholding tax was not being turned in that should have been and so caused a sudden deficit. i'm sure others brsides myself would like to know. wondering why all the unexplained financial dealings will not be explaind. the lone stranger

hippy is right on target. public office has been used and abused by many in the past and is being used now to add to the pocket books of the elected. Really ticks me off. It's sickening that people have retirement pensions and in some cases, health insurance, money in the bank, money inherited from parents and they use it to get elected to get yet another retirement pension and more benefits. Greed, just plain greed. They could give a hoot about the County or it's people, whether they do a good job or not. They pretend they do, but when it comes right down to it, they're just looking forward to getting that additional money for retirement.

what a load a crap. Its not like it was his job or something he could have just not gone to the chat room. What whineyass loser. But then being the chatroom contents was what it was I'm not suprised.

The school system deficit developed after the Gov increased mandated expenses in mid year around 1990. Jim Dawson was Superintendent back then. Next time you see Linkipoopy, ask him if the school system finished the last fiscal year in the black
