Who cares who it belongs to just paste your opinion and go on.

Now as to the fact that Habjan may be gone I wonder if anyone knows that the Gas may be gone also as my contract says I can't sell to anyone else but Habjan. Nothing in there that says I can sell to Mountaineer Gas, Cabot, Columbia or any other company.
If I do sell to anyone it is a breach of contract and I must pay to him all monetoral damage. What that means is no Habjan, Gas is turned off at the well. Wonder just how well thats going to go over.

Farms Class 1 $.50 per $100 value
Homes $1.00 per $100
Automobile and rental property $1.50 per $100
Homes and property in Town $2.00 per $100.

Loss from Amvest propertys by CCC
$1,000,000+ at $1.50 per $100.00 =
$1,500,000.00 which will = that much put on the personal property owners in Clay County to keep the budjet as projected.
And they want you to think that tax payers in the county don't pay for School Levy. Think again!!!!! if they keep giving TAX BREAKS to mineral owners then homeowners will have to make up the difference.
If you buy a car this year for $25,000.00 and two years from now you still have that same car the tax is the same or more but the value or trade in has decreased to $12,000.00.
Coal is figured at 1800 retrievable tons per acre on a one foot seam of coal in West Virginia and is used to tax coal companies on. Housecoal is sold at $60.00 per ton or a value of $108,000.00 per acre. Cleaned coal is sold for half again that much on the market or around $162,000 per acre. Figure out at 11 seams of mineable coal on Amvest properties and it comes to GADZILLIONS per acre. Point is your car never drops in value for tax purposes but the coal propertys are on the way out of the tax base. Also Amvest only has 4 pieces of equipment in Clay County.
Now you know the rest of the story.

AW you just keep on keepin on about the BOE as you won't have to worry about your wifie having a job. BOE SUCKS have a liftime position once you get a foot in the door.
You don't have to worry about getting a pension either because the WVEA has made sure of that by putting another cost on the insurances of autos and homes each time you pay that.Its actually an EXCESS LEVY for the insured across the state. Like everything else they hide millions of dollars in this scheme to pay BOE pensions.
I would like to see the adding machine tally on fuel tax and sur charges for the pensions. I doubt a college degree would be enough to say what the total is for the two.

Paying a school tax, Well it seems to me that paying $.72 of every dollar brought into Clay County and the rest of the state is a pretty high TAX that we are paying already therefore we don't need more tax dollars going into a system with no return.
Other States have something that West Virginia does not have nor will ever have. Can you guess what that is? If not it is JOBS JOBS and MORE JOBS and the only EMPLOYER in the county is not BOE either.

There will come a time in your life you will ask this question. How much of my medicines or utility bill will I be able to cut out this month so I can pay my TAXES? Ask some of the old people that got $550.00 gas bills last month what part of their small monthly check they can cut out so the BOE can have more DOLLARS to waste. Will it be their FOOD, GAS,BARRACADE into ONE ROOM, cut out ONE OR TWO MEDS, have their PHONE cut off for a couple months. It is hard to cut out what is necessary in life and the LEVY is not a NECESSARY thing so VOTE NO. Maybe Grnadma, Grandpa, or MOM and DAD will be able to buy that medicine that will keep them around a little longer for our enjoyment.

is he working for the citizens of this county or against them.

So far from what I have seen Randy aka Poopy Holcomb has worked hard for this county to have others to jerk the ropes (moneys) from under him. I he only arrest one drug addict a month its more then the past 5 sheriffs have done.
He will work for you if you treat him like a decent human being but don't smart him off, try to intimidate him or try presenting yourself as a good criminal.
He will go out on the limb for the criminal as well as uprite citizens. We elected him to take care of business and thats what he has tried to do. He arrest the dopeheads and the judges give them a star for being the fine citizens you only read about in fairy tale books.
Court system sucks in Clayberry and the judges talk in riddles that they don't even understand.

They became addicts by choice and thier treatment should be the same as anyone elses when they do wrong and get caught. Do the crime do the time. Also for doing that crime they should have to repay the taxpayers every cent that has to be spent on them. Panty Hose rules are going to have to change to make any difference in this country. I say put them in stocks in fron of the courthouse or let the public take a horse whip to them. You didn't see the crap around here until the tear jerkers rule took effect for criminals. Reinstate Capitol Punishment and watch how soon the addicts are no longer addicts. Some countries cut the hand off that does the stealing so I think it would take some thought to steal from someone. Children learn from example and I think Adults would learn much quicker if there was a penalty for their actions. Knowing nothing is going to happen for comitting a crime is why the crime is committed most the time.

I bet if Habber Jabber gas companys were given back to him he would put someone responsible enough to run the business in a decent manner in charge.
I bet also if his moneys were frozen if he didn't fix things so people didn't have to do without so much he would get a different outlook on life also.
PSC is supposed to look out for the welfare of the Public but I don't think their actions have shown that prospect at all. To allow a gas company to go from $3.00 to $15.00 per MCFM is the most awful thing I have ever had to listen to. They continue to accept bribes from companys and allow this to happen. Its been going on from day one of PSC.

Habjan is just like anyone else owning minerals in Clayberry. They come in steal what they can buy the rest and then don't pay taxes on it.
Its been that way and always will be that way because it is easier to stick your head in the sand then to try to do anything about it. The state tax department will always make sure that they don't have to pay any taxes so why not just take the money and run with it. Its the West Virginia way.

to the 6;30 am anonymous. Did you ever even hear of a Clay County Gas company wanting to be the receiver. No! Name a clay county gas company! Clay COunty has producers but no suppliers! Have you ever thought that a small gas company would have to raise rates again to update the lines and fix the leaks that Habjam has let go deliquent for 25 years where a large company as Mountaineer can absorb the cost. Also is someone owed you $ 350,000 do you not think you should get the opportunity to recover some of your money like Mountaineer. On my street in two run mountaineer has fixed 34 leaks since they took over the men told me that Habjan was loosing more gas than he sold.
So do not defend him unless your ass was cold and your yard smelled of gas the past 25 years.

You are wrong on no one having gas suppliers. Jeff Davis is sitting on big reserves and within 50 feet of the main line for distribution.
Mountaineer has already announced they are looking at gas rates. that's means get out the crisco.

Mountaineer gas company has just as many leaks as Habjan had so don't be singing their praises. Chesapeake also has leaks in their lines as I have pluged one line in particular with two 1/2 inch holes with sticks I whittled out and drove into the pipe. Gas spews from lines everywhere and noone seems to care a bit about it. Did you ever wonder why you smell natural gas all over the place? Its not because it just comes out of the ground natural. Its because a line is leaking and I am sure all over the county you can smell it.If they invested the money to repair the leaks Natural Gas would not cost like crazy to have in your home. They all lose ten times what they are selling but they can afford to lose it into the air, the big meter at the well is the one they go by for selling to the customers like Habjan or anyone else that provides gas to your home. Next time you are raising cain with the PSC how about griping about what all the companys are losing into the air everywhere. Cabot,Columbia Resources, Chesapeake, Reed Brothers, Wagner, Beechy Gas and Valley have more leaks then they have customers but thats the name of the game. PSC just another name for Communism.

Just another PRIME example that gas companys do not care how much goes into the air they will be paid for that also. Who owns that line? Southern Gas?

All of the people buying either gasoline or natural gas are the ones that have to pay the bill on it, irregardless as to who the lines belong to. PSC will see to it that they do.
