My thought on this housing subject is Usda smells like they are in bed with Encore. You would thing as much trouble the Federal Gov is in they would know not to break it by the sunshine law, but that how the big dogs do break all the rules as long as it suites them.
I'm sending a letter to Sen Rockerfellow and Byrd and the major news in WV and national calling for a investgation into these dealings.

Mr. Steptoe, i wonder, is he a relative in the Steptoe and Johnson law firm in Charleston. wasn't they just hired recently to do something for one of Clay co. org. the clinic or the ambulance service. seen where a Mr Steptoe had climbed the Matterhorn in SWITZERLAND and then gone on to Kilimanjiro in Africa. interesting. never know what's going on around here. GO GO GO ANDY.

The housing projects were dead in the water a long time ago, just look at the board of directors. The only one apt to do anything was ran out for asking to many questions.
Is there nothing can run in Clayberry without Fran King, RT Sizemore or Jay Carper? How many jobs do they get kickbacks from? Its no wonder Clayberry is the sorriest place in the world to live or visit. The mentality of a county ran from those three sources is enough to kept it in the dark ages for the next hundred years at least.
You can bet Steptoe is an attorney as everything is ran to benefit some law firm in this country just the way our nations fathers intended it to be.You know "We The Lawyers and Judges in order to form a more perfect union." Must keep the people in the dark and feed them BS to keep them going.

It's not that I don't like RT, Jay and Fran. RT is so old that he can hardly get out of bed in the morning. Jay is a whack-o from the far left and Fran is just not smart enough to do anything but jump in front of the camera.

I woulkd say if all the wounderful people out there on blogs wants to be on a board call County Clek office and give them your name and what board you would like to be on if you have a oreference and get the ball rolling. Thats what the problem is now. All the Asses have stepped up and got their name on the list already. We have enough of them already and I learned along time ago if your name is not King, Triplett, Sizemore, Samples, Moore or Gibson you could write your name on all the list so many times there was no ink left to write with and thats all the good it would do you.

someone said encore owns all the apartments they manage except the ones in clay co. i wonder who owns ENCORE.

seen in the news where a woman was killed over drugs. first shot and then while pleading to be allowed to pray her executioner straddled her and beat her to death with a plastic ball bat. happened in MINGO county, WV. in federal court now in front of Judge Copenhaver.

I have sat on boards in the past it hard work and a lot of time to do it good something you are to lazy to do or are just a person that can talk a good show but can't take the heat to set on one.

Why don't the talkers come to Maysel Manor where I live and see what goes on? Nobody had been on the board since Sister Cathy Britt left 4 years ago except Morgan Triplett and R.T. Sizemore. We had never seen R.T. At Maysel Manor and the only time Triplett was there was on an ambulance. Last summer Fran started coming and trying to get Sherry Brown and Randy Legg to clean the place up. We have no furniture and our apartments are bad the carpet is worn out and the walls need painted. My water faucet is a set of plyers to turn it on. I am in a wheelchair and live on social security and this is the best place for me to live. We at Maysel Manor appreciate Fran and Jay for trying to help us. When you insult them come talk to us. If Fran had not listened to us about our rent and told Encore that she was calling the FBI me and my friends would have been evicted for not paying our rent but sherry had made us pay in cash and had took it and I was 887.00 past due in rent that I really paid and have receitps for. So go blog on someone else I get 610 a month to live on. Pay my rent of 187 (rural development pays the rest) buy my medicine of 128 average 83 electric bill pay car insurance 53 and buy gas, groceries, and live and no i do not get food stamps. I wish I was not poor or old or cripled but I am and I thank god for R.T. Fran and Jay for being there.I would leave my phone # but I do not have one but if you leave a blog I will write you back I am at a friends who lets me use his computer.

i think it said Mr, Steptoe represents the USDA. the USDA must where the monies are coming from. who owes who? our tax money is being used but who and how many are sucking the teat. seems Steptoe is trying to cover the mess up. Most of the board members in this county, that are on one or the other boards, are only there to collect a pay check. Ive seen it time and time again. Show up for a monthly meeting, get paid and say, Dont bother me until next month. Most dont even have a clue what they are there to do. I say, let the people they are there to manage or help, interview them, at least the working ones know what needs to be done. It is a rare occasion that a person with the know how and common sense could actually call themselves a board member.

Perhaps this will give an insight to the reason that sherry has not been arrested: She works very closely with Randy Holcomb and the Lucy Cruickshanks. I know this to be a fact. If she knows anything you can bet that the two mentioned above will know ALL that she knows. EVERYTHING. She is in their hip pockets. Sounds like a good enough reason to for Randy to want her out of jail. Think about it.
