WOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

FINALLY!! Something new!

I agree that there was a need for a entry way to spread park for handicapped individuals but that is the worst job I have ever seen. There are dips and holes to collect water, it is rough and uneven. I understand this was a political ploy to get votes in 2008 however this is one piss poor job. I called the DOH in Charleston and they requested that I send pictures of this mess to them.

CCC you must be such a joy to live with, what with the nasty attitude and foul mouth.
So, you've contacted P&R to report the poor work that was done since you know exactly who to go to and seemingly so much more? It's not bitching if it can lead to a dangerous situation, it's called concern. Your productivity by way of critizing and harassing others is astounding.

What do you think you are doing? Making some sort of intelligent political commentary?
Hardly.
Just showing your ignorant a_ _
again.

Looks like another Fine Auxier Ripoff to me.
Remember the Gypsys that came in and the CCC ran them out of business because they were ripping the people off with poor paving works.

Auxiers took over where they left off and have been scamming people and churches in Clayberry for over 30 years and do it in the Name of The Lord so that makes it right.

why don't you bitchers learn to read. I never said I contacted anyone. Sucked that out of one of your rotten teeth didn't you. Did they rot from using drugs or from eating junk food paid for by welfare.

wonder how the CCC acquired the RR. Like they acquired the low income housing developments.
County commission don't have a copy of the contract and don't get a financial report and don't know how much they owe or who to.
I understand the new school roof is leaking already and having sewage problems.

Well now, CCC, it certainly looks like you are one of those people who sit around on your duff and gripe because someone else doesn't make your life better for you. If you want things done, take the lead and call the proper people and get things done yourself.

I suppose ccc, if you'd pick your snug fitting drawers out of your backside you'd be able to focus on the posts better and realize that no one said you contacted anyone.
You probably have quite a time trying to get all the eggs and toilet paper off your house after Halloween don't you?
And if you think everyone born in Clay county is born bitch, once you're sadly mistaken - again.

Why be upset when Anna Mae Walls stops traffic? No one cared when Brian Holcomb done it for years but now since his wife works as a secretary for the school, and he is a teacher at the school( with no college degree) Mr Holcomb has to leave eary from his job teaching to go home and drive his contract bus run. Not bad 2 people 3 jobs with the school board and he wants to be county commissioner. I say lets vote then there will be no jobs in Clay and I will still drive to Charleston to work.

For everyones information the West Virginia Department of Highways owns Spread Park the County Commission only leases it. Call Clark Samples to verify.

JERRY LINKINOGGER BID 200,000 ON THE VALLEY FORK SCHOOL. SCREW THE COUNTY COMMISSION AGAIN
# posted by Anonymous Anonymous : 9:45 PM, November 17, 2007

Yep Jerry made the bid as the news on the street is he is going to open a house of ill repute. Going to run it by hand until he can get some Mex women shipped in.

Since the DOH has the responsibility of Spread Park and Clark Samples is Tom Auxiers puppet and butt buddy now you know how Auxiers got that job of cobbling the ramp up. From the looks of it you will need a wheelchair when you stumble on it.

They do the best cobble job around any way.

makes sense to me. they gave the ivydale school away for $100,000.oo and buy the valley fork school for $200,000.oo wonder whos votes are being bought this time. time will tell. oh well, let's see now. they lost 50 thou. on ivydale. got a RR i heard got a swamp at valley fork, got a school also at valley fork, got a dump and liability at ivydale, got a brand new leaky school at big otter, got a housing program with no financial records. got a CDC that takes good care of its own with no financial disclosure. bitch bitch bitch

One term Pete is up for bid come election 2008 and since he has help bid himself out of a job then will be the time to cast a vote to make sure he don't come back. Frannie's fannie won't be up for the hacking block until 2010 but by then we should have bankruptcy in the CCC. Of course as long as they can raise taxes they can spend all your excess money.
That means Wal Mart and John Heaters don't get to pack it out of the county.

The past three ccc meeting the only one with some common knowledge has been Frannie. No to bridge and upset when Clay Roane wasted money and then wanted more and then when fabulous Pete let it out of the bag that Clay County was going to be responsible for the railroad maintance and upkeep Fat Fran was not happy. When Frannie is not happy the other 2 know it. Jerry was worried about selling the Valley Fork School and Pete is in love with Connie Lupardus and on the CAEZ board of Directors. Fran asked it that was a conflict since the CAEZ was spending all this money the county was responsible for. I believe Frannie has more balls and brains than the other two put together and so far she will have my vote. Come watch and see who is the tightwad in the CCC,

looks like Clay co. is still normal. I understood Bill Bright still owned the railroad. that Roger Nutter owned the tram car. Now you say the maintenance of the RR has been shifted to the county. and last i heard Roger Nutter gets the profit and the petty cash fund. and the tax-payers get the shaft. Now we got a school that, guess what, Clay co. tax-payers will wind up paying for the mainternance and the utilities. I understand the Ivydale school deed has not been recorded. Wonder whos bank account the $100,000.oo was recorded in. Oh well, life goes on.
One fellow thought he was getting away but they got a picsure of him up there in PA. hAven't caught him yet though. They think he's a new species. Don't realize they've just got a run away WVun.

Not the Morris family, others around that area. Houses being broken into and things being stolen from yards, garages and homes.

Look at it this way. When the CCC gets ownership of the RR, they can lease it to anyone they want.
Might actually get some where if an out of county group operates the thing
# posted by Anonymous Anonymous : 1:54 PM, November 22, 2007

betcha the CCC don't get ownership. what they'll get is the repair bills. anyone keeping track. thats the RR., the valley fork swamp hayfield. the valley fork school, the ivydale dump, swamp dump liability, the ivydale schoool still in the CCCs name and probably paying the costs, ins repairs, utilities. then there is the new leaky school. yeah bout forgot the high st. apts and the anderson hgts. bldgs. wonder if they ever get a financial report from anyone. no wonder the sheriffs office wouldn't show me the balance sheets. they hain't none. might be some sheets but betcha they ain't balanced.

I guess every one in Clay County is like A.W. afraid to say anything, some one put the fear into A.W. he stop the blogs, live in fear, die in fear, that is the way in West Virginia>>>>>>>

Stump Morton is the guy that will leave Robert Belt laying in a ditch somewhere some night when he least expects it. Either by beating him to death or just plain shooting him so full of holes they can't stop the leaks fast enough.

Why not start a new thread with a picture of the trees at the courthouse and see what the public really thinks?

The public really thinks the trees should stay in place. Now tell us the story!

A few of the public thinks the trees should stay. I would rather have a memorial to our veterans that have gave up everything so we can argue about two trees. Cut them down or dig them out and put them across the street if they are so important.

I am all for the memorial. Can't they just compromise and keep the trees too? I am sure some architect/engineer or whoever does that stuff can design a memorial that will make everyone happy.

I think the trees have outgrown their space and are going to start causing problems for the town. Not only will they cost an exhuberant amount of dollars now to do something with but later will cost even more so.
# posted by Anonymous Anonymous : 10:19 PM, December 09, 2007

Call in Asplundh they can chip them up and use for mulch, that should satisfy all concerned about the removal of the trash trees.
