Pete is a great guy, at least he cares and he tries, unlike most of the funkies...I'm voting for Pete, seen just how the Pierson's have run this town down enough if you are the average joe....they get all the money, land and resourses and then their kids are druggies and we all know Josh can't drive, oh that is only when he is drunk, so I guess that means he can't ever drive...lol

What has Pete done for Clay County? One one thing---he helped us get rid of Tim Butcher. Since then, zero. He is so lazy that the funeral home keeps trying to take him away. He is a good ole boy, but not much of a commissioner. As Peter would say, "Let's eat."

Peter has been in office 6 years ask him one grant he has done ask him what money he has helped any body get. At least Slinky and Queeny are working to get money. The Park the apple festival the history people even the work being done to the courthouse right now has been by grants written by slik and queen. Now go to all three and find out what each have done and post what greasy ass pete has done to get money for this county.

I talked to AW to find out whu was at the meeting it was AW, Peter, Jennifer Traub, Dave Foster PSC,
Crystal Mckinney, Dave G, Shane Sams,John Dobbins, and Brian Holcomb of the board was the only people there so the ass must be one of them that done with politics. Out of all were there only 6 are voters at least one is republican, one mountain, two named in post that just leaves 2 mabe three that could have posted that. That how you narrow down the field.

I agree about Samples, however its Clint his assistant who is helping out Bill Martin in Braxton...Jim is always too busy nailing someone elses wife or looking down Frankies shirt, or trying to get closer to the judges INSTEAD of doing his HIGH salary job....Jim doesnt even get his paperwork done on time...since noone ran against Jim we are stuck with him...

I talked to a clerk and the last term of court Samples had 37 cases to present for inditement of them he only presented 6. the other 31 will be dropped if not indited within 3 times so if they are skipped two more times the murders and thiefs and druggies are back free and clear.

Seeing Jim Knotts walking around town as if nothing is wrong, it pisses me off. He should have his nuts cut off! Why not let ALL of the people invoved in those cases move IN with Jim Samples. If he had to deal with them on a day to day basis MAYBE Samples would actually DO SOMETHING!!!! I have a daughter and I fear everyday that something might happen to her from one of these a-holes Samples ALLOWS to roam free!

Well home confinement is pretty dumb if you ask me. They pay the county $12.00 a day to sit at home watching tv or figuring out what else they can steal and not get caught. Let the county send them to jail and mabe after getting bent over in the shower a time or two or just plaing dry popped they can come back and tell their friends what that was like thus saving the county thousands of dollars for fear it may happen to them also. Do the crime SERVE the time and no more pleabargaining.

I don't think that is a possibility after obtaining a job at $87,000.00 a year. I believe I would fight for that one myself. Its a shame that people working on state jobs can lobby the legislature in mass and obtain a pay for more the the average income for that county. I always heard the legislature was there to protect all our interest but thats not the case any more. Its screw unto others before they can screw unto you.
