RT was a very smooth county commissioner. told me one time that he tried to handle the commissioner the same as his business. took me a while to understand that he ran his business to put money in his pocket and he handled the commissioner job the same way.

To hang at GoMart you do not have to have any manners or social graces. We have Joe Morris that blows his nose at the table while others eat. Frank Murphy that cannot hear himself fart. Billy Adkins and Donnie Triplett that smells like diesel fuel and stinking mud. Greg Fitzwaters that needs deodorant and 6 inches of hairs cut out of his nose. Amos Adkins that needs a hair cut. Francis Sizemore that is half crazy. Shorty Nutter that thinks he can still whip everyone. Morgan Triplett that thinks an ambulance uniform can be worn for formal, everyday, social, and anyother occassions that might arise. Let's not forget Johnnie Woofter that still thinks gas should be 19 cents a gallon like it was when he was deputy and married to Carolyn Schoonover Eason. So leave Burley be he fits right in with the Go Mart Social Club with his gravy and bigfoot talk.

I do I stop in thier every other four days in the evening going to work and early morning getting off work. Even in the towns I havelived in thier are loafers and loafing spots that' swhat makes the town, Them do-gooders as they think they are are in every town too putting down the people they go to big cities and do thier closet drinking and sleeping around. While us commn folks do it here. I have never had a any trouble with the folks that loaf at go-mart because I am no better than they are and know it. I don't pretend to be something I'm not !!!!! Gee I guess I have to take up for the Gomart gang, being related to one of them, Ole Shorty is high tempered alright but I can tell you a few things about him, he served this country in time of war, he worked hard all his life raised 9 kids[ has buried 2 in the past 8 years] on a miners pay, never cheated anyone,his grandkids call him big daddy and he loves them all he has a handicapped grand daughter who thinks he hung the moon, so yeah he's thinks he can still whip all the bad guys, but he's our dad, big dad and great big dad and we love him just as he is, and yes must of us are just like him :]

did you know that our gov. has 300 ft. long boring machines tha produce a temperature so high that they literally melt their way through the underground. and they are boring holes to WV and Va, for the rabbits of Washington to run in. In case Washington is attacked they intend to become parasites in our homes. However they intend to stop at the Greenbrier hotel if posssible. Our entire country is undermined with tunnels for these rabbits to run in.

I feel the people who posted the last few comments are the fueding Nelson's. One is a drunk who Randy allows to run the roads and his wife is known to blow any guy willing to drop his pants. Least us not forget, Larry did confess. How sad it is that sister was screwing sisters ex and right in front of her. Nancy was a great woman who did not deserve to be shot and killed in the manner she was. Ray was a man who had his demons however the only thng he might have been guilty of is trusting to easy. It is very hurtful to drag this out and shame on the siters who allowed not only their father, but also their mother to die! Ask at the ambulance service, they did all they could to make sure their mommy never got to the hospital alive and well. Why is it that, THAT has not been looked into? Why is it that that side of the family has been above the law, selling things, moving things in and out, things disappearing all while under court order to be left alone? Why is it you have picked on Ray's suicide and not that the siters grimm get away with stealing and harrassment of a minor? Whitney has been through enough, and unless you have proof that the note was a confession(and if you have seen the note I hope Sharon sues the piss out of Jime E Samples and Randy Holcomb for NOT doing their job!)then mind your own f**king business and let Sharon alone. No one cares about Vivian and her crew trying to hurt others in the family. Move on people!

Bitterness much? If you want to get technical about things, which I don't think you do, you just want to rant, but anywho the suicide note is not confidential. As with any state evidence, it is open to the public. A simple *threat* using the right written language and it would be open. Neither Jim nor Randy have the ability or *power* to hide anything.

On another note, why drag out someone's dirty laundry? You bash the two posters before you for bringing it forth yet you do the same thing?

I am not a member of the Nelson family. I did know Ray because he was my vice principal the whole time I was in Clay Elementary. I also know David but just from school and haven't seen him since.

There are many unanswered questions to many cases here in Clay. If you want to bring up old dirt, start with Jay Carper killing a man in a jealous fit or Joe Morris being allowed to have his drains run into the creek with soap and scum or Andy Waddell never printing anything too harsh about the school where his wife works.

Even in a free paper, some things are left out purposefully. This is Clay, it is how it works. Its never been who you know, its what your last name is or who you are willing to blow.

And sad but true, there is way too many cases that get swept away. Jim Knotts comes to mind, Morris burning buildings and his pot stash missing, what about Lynn Drake covering for her son, Randy's boy meth-lab, robbing Sirk while he was lying on the couch?
Randy and Jim have not done their jobs and it shows. Maybe if we keep asking questions about the accepted practice things might change but aint happenin in my life time!

Why did Randy and Jim get voted in for another term? Randy already has said in December 2012 that Mike King is going to retire as Magistrate and the Judge is going to appoint Randy to this job. Then Donnie Triplett will run for Sheriff and they will support him for 2 terms and Randy will Run and Serve 2 terms as Magistrate and then Donnie and Randy will switch positions. That is the reason that Peter did not campaign hard because with him being commish it would have been a strike against Donnie. Watch and see if this prediction is not on the money!!!!!!
