Peter Triplett is running again as a Write-in for commission. I talked to a bunch of people who are supporting him because tey are scared of school system talking control of commission and I for one have to agree. I been on this planet for 66 years and I thing it the first time in a county election that a write-in has a chance. I voting for Peter in November. George

Just got back from the candle Lighting at the courthouse. That made us proud. I do not know if it was because Fat Fran is in there but it was really nice and Fat Fran did us a proud job of talking she actually made us sound smart in clay county.

The nicholas family told me their son would be escorted to Clay by the Freedom Riders that Holcomb insisted on taking Burke and Karen to the airport to see the casket get off the plane and then drive like an idiot with sirens lights and probable tea gas to clay in from of the hearse. my proposal is we form an association dedicated to the preservation and conservation of our natural habitat, the improvment of the health of our citizens and the research into unexplained phenomena using the rehabilitated Ivydale dump as the hdqs. location.
unlikely to happen though as there seems to be opposition caused by possible contamination of the county due to the dump, and because there are people in the county still alive who likely received money from the illegal dumping.
there is grant money available for toxic cleanups.
and if the surronding property were purchased much developement could be done. but footdragging due to fear of disclosure of who was guilty of the contamination will never allow anything to be done.
an adjoining natural research center would be ideal in that location. ho ho ho will Xmas never come.
